Data Decommissioning, NSA-approved Disintegration methods

Our process is efficient and scalable to meet the needs of any size decommissioning project.  We are also prepared for every destruction standard, from basic shredding to the disintegration of the highest-level classified material.  Our contract includes data destruction services, including drive wiping, degaussing, shredding, and media disintegration.  Our equipment is approved by the NSA for data destruction.  Securis can handle any number of hard drives, backup tapes, CDs, cell phones, PDAs, memory devices, and X-rays, and our services are available both on and offsite.  We assess each asset and ensure that the remaining value is returned to our client. All non-reusable components are recycled to the highest standards of environmental stewardship. With a responsive and professional crew, state-of-the-art technology, and more than 20 years of experience, Securis is well-positioned to serve the IT asset disposition needs of VA government agencies of all sizes.

Inventory List and Certificate of Completion

At job completion, each client receives an inventory list and Certificate of Data Destruction, signed by a Securis officer. This Certificate is a nationally recognized legal document of performance and compliance. It assures each customer that all items entrusted to Securis are destroyed in the contracted manner. This documentation is your tangible proof of a job well done and can also be used for internal auditing.
