InfoRelay Online Systems, Inc. Announces New Partnership with Securis

Strategic Alliance Unites Colocation and Data Center Services with Data Destruction and Electronic Recycling Services

InfoRelay Online Systems, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand data center and cloud hosting services, and Securis, a nationally-recognized Federal compliant data destruction and electronics recycling firm, today announced a partnership to deliver a holistic solution catering to the complete needs of their broad customer base.

“Forming a partnership with Securis seemed as though it would add a lot of value for our clients; many of whom have sensitive information stored on their equipment.  As our customers cycle through equipment or replace failed hard drives, they need to ensure that sensitive data is destroyed properly.  Our partnership with Securis allows us to do just that,” stated Russell Weiss, President of InfoRelay.

The new alliance between InfoRelay and Securis will allow both organizations to deliver their best-of-breed services and add value to customers by offering a more complete set of services, utilizing the strengths of both companies. The program will allow InfoRelay’s clients, which include Federal and commercial organizations, to dispose of hardware, drives, and other electronic peripherals on-site at select InfoRelay data center locations. DoD compliant and GSA contract holder, Securis will perform the asset destruction on-site to ensure that data cannot be lost in transport. The service promises zero landfill and zero export disposal. With its robust service portfolio, Herndon-based InfoRelay provides a wide range of enterprise-level managed IT services from highly-redundant server colocation, bandwidth, DDoS protection, to automated cloud-based desktop and server-grade backup solutions.

“InfoRelay’s clients will benefit immensely from the partnership with Securis because we are fully mobile and will be able to provide an ongoing data destruction outlet. We have years of  experience serving local data centers, and InfoRelay is really thinking ahead by combining their services with a responsible, convenient, and 100% secure solution for destroying old and broken storage devices, “ said Jeremy Farber, President of Securis.

InfoRelay will be deploying a hard-drive destruction program for use by its customers in select facilities and Securis will be offering data center services through InfoRelay by Q3 of 2012. Customers interested in hosting services or data destruction services can contact [email protected] or [email protected] for more information.
