Along with a half-million others nationwide, Securis team members participated in the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes this past weekend.  JDRF raises vital funds that power the global movement to help cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes (T1D).

We are proud to take steps to help JDRF achieve its goal of improving the lives of all people affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. The money Securis raises will go directly to support research with the greatest potential to conquer this disease.

The Walk to Cure Diabetes was a wonderful way for our employees to make a difference in our community. It brought us together for an important cause; gave our friends and family a day of fun, food, and entertainment; and most of all, allowed us to make an impact on the lives of people with type 1 diabetes.
